Beschwerde über den Leiter des Kundendienstes Frau. Nicole verschwendet eine sehr unempatische und kurzsichtige Person. Immerhin hat meine Frau ein Gerät, das funktioniert. Dass es eine Rotherrie macht und dass meine Frau kürzlich aus einem Konzertsaal entlassen und auf der Straße überprüft wurde, schien sie überhaupt nicht zu stören. Sie behandeln kranke Menschen nicht so !!!!! Sie verdienen nicht einmal 1 Stern. Wir suchen einen menschlichen Lieferanten

Frau Catelijne ist sehr kundenfreundlich, braucht keine Hilfe und hat zu wenig Erfahrung, was genau COPD bedeutet. Linde sollte ein kundenorientiertes Unternehmen sein und Menschen bei der Suche nach Lösungen helfen.

Außendienstmitarbeiter sind TOP!

Schade, dass 0 Sterne nicht möglich sind. Dies ist eine schlechte Firma mit einem miserablen Kundenservice.
Liefern Sie nicht die richtigen Sachen, sind Sie nicht flexibel und halten Sie keine Termine ein, so dass Sie den ganzen Tag auf nichts warten. Wenn Sie anrufen, werden Sie darüber hinaus mit einem Ton behandelt, der gelinde gesagt eher unangemessen ist.
Irgendwann hatte ich es so satt, dass ich zu einer anderen Firma wechseln wollte. Trotzdem scheiterte Linde Healthcare mehrmals. Antworten Sie nicht, versprechen Sie Dinge, die sie nicht behalten, und leiten Sie Formulare und Dateien nicht weiter. Absichtlich trainieren und necken, aber jedes Jahr beim Krankenversicherer Geld verdienen.

Seien Sie vernünftig und gehen Sie nicht mit diesen Nicht-Valeuren auf See !!

Nicht umsonst hat Linde Schlafapnoe keinen Vertrag mehr mit CZ. Was für ein Baggerunternehmen mit einem noch schlechteren Kundenservice. Ich war mehrmals per Post in Kontakt - voller Rechtschreibfehler - aber abgesehen von einem Wesley. Termine werden nicht weitergeleitet und das Gerät wird nicht abgeholt.
