Jede schlechte Bewertung dieser Firma ist wahr, dass sie nicht pünktlich sind, wenn sie Sie überhaupt bezahlen. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass sie sich weigerten, eine angemessene Schulung des Personals zuzulassen.

Ich würde diese Firma nicht empfehlen. Unsere Tochter war für zwei Wochen Unterricht bei unserer HOA angemeldet. Die Ausbilder kamen jeden Tag zu spät, um sich zu melden. Mehrere Eltern aus unserer Gruppe riefen an und / oder schickten eine E-Mail an das Büro und hatten Schwierigkeiten, eine Mitteilung zu erhalten. Als wir das Glück hatten, mit jemandem zu sprechen, waren alle bereit, die Schuld auf einen anderen zu übertragen, ohne Verantwortung für ihre Handlungen zu übernehmen. Wir haben unsere Tochter aus der nächsten Sitzung herausgezogen und werden sie nie wieder benutzen.

Bitte arbeiten Sie nicht für diese Firma. Aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung weiß ich, dass das Unternehmen an Feiertagen keine zusätzlichen Zahlungen leistet, keine Überstunden zahlt, 30 Minuten für eine Mittagspause bezahlt, die Sie nie bekommen (übrigens ILLEGAL), Mitarbeiter zu spät bezahlt, manchmal überhaupt nicht usw. Ich habe meinen letzten Gehaltsscheck nicht erhalten, daher musste ich ein Lohnantragsformular einreichen, dessen Bearbeitung 6-9 Monate dauern wird. Ich bin derzeit ein UT-Student, was bedeutet, dass ich nicht die Zeit oder das Geld habe, um ernsthafte rechtliche Schritte gegen sie einzuleiten. Lande nicht in meiner Position, arbeite für einen Ort, der dich respektiert.

Ich habe noch nie ein unorganisierteres, schlecht geführtes und lukrativeres Unternehmen erlebt als Lifeline Aquatics. Wenn die Mitarbeiter bezahlt werden, ist es selten pünktlich, was zu sorglosen Rettungsschwimmern führt, die weder dem Unternehmen noch ihrer Pflicht treu sind. Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, bei dieser Firma zu unterschreiben, lesen Sie unbedingt das Kleingedruckte. Schwimmlehrer verpassen Unterricht, Wartungspraktiken sind gefährlich, illegale Aktivitäten im Bundesstaat Texas und das Personal ist unzuverlässig. Abgesehen von dem Mangel an entscheidender Führung, schlechter Kommunikation und fragwürdiger Geschäftsethik ist dies eine großartige Idee für ein Unternehmen.
