Ich habe einen gebrochenen Fuß, und so ging ich zu Rexall in Oak Ridges, um einen luftigsten Stiefel zu kaufen. Der Sprint Air Boot des LandMark Medical Systems war der einzige Aircast, den sie verkauften, also kauften wir ihn. Es war ein kurzer Stiefel in der Größe Large. Nach weniger als einer Woche ging die Pumpe kaputt und der „Airbag“ im Kofferraum explodierte. Es war auch nicht so, als hätte ich es übergepumpt, da ich es morgens angezogen und einmal aufgepumpt habe. Ich ging zurück zu Rexall und sie hatten nur einen langen großen Stiefel. Ich musste mich 6 Tage lang mit dem Ärger befassen, was sich nicht so schlimm anhört, aber es war schrecklich. Der Airbag des Stiefels leckte, die Kappen für die Luftpumpe fielen ständig ab und ich musste sie suchen (der kurze Stiefel tat das auch) und es war nur eine heiße, juckende Sauerei. Der Klettverschluss begann abzufallen und ich schickte LandMark eine E-Mail. Ich muss sagen, ich war beeindruckt von dem tollen Kundenservice. Sie haben dem Rexall in Oak Ridges einen neuen kurzen, luftigsten Stiefel in großer Größe geschickt, und den habe ich jetzt seit ein paar Tagen. So habe ich in weniger als 2 Wochen insgesamt 3 Aircast-Stiefel durchgemacht. Am Ende würde ich immer noch diesen Stiefel nehmen, trotz all dieser Mühe. Ich habe mir andere Stiefel angesehen, die nach dem zweiten Stiefel erhältlich sind, und die meisten von ihnen verwenden eine Handpumpe, die nicht am Stiefel befestigt ist, was noch mehr Ärger bereitet, besonders wenn Sie sie verlieren.
