Ich habe 3 schlechte Erfahrungen mit Keller Williams in Cleveland, TN gemacht. Ich verstehe, dass sie Geld verdienen müssen, aber Kriege zu bieten und Preisabschläge zu machen, ist falsch. Wenn Sie ein faires Angebot für ein Haus machen und den vollen Preis anbieten, sollten Sie sich keine Sorgen machen müssen, dass diese Makler Sie nur dazu verwenden, höhere Gebote abzugeben. Ich finde es unhöflich und unethisch, Ihre Bereitschaft, einen vollen Preis anzubieten, nicht zu honorieren. Ich bin jetzt seit ungefähr 3 Monaten auf der Suche nach einem Haus und wurde aus drei Häusern geschlagen, für die ich ein Angebot gemacht habe. Ich werde alles vermeiden, was Keller Williams anbietet.

Ich bin ein DIY-Typ. Ich habe meine eigenen Straßenschilder gemacht und meine eigenen Flaggenmarkierungen angebracht. Ich war sehr nahe daran, die Immobilie mehrmals zu verkaufen, aber sie fiel immer durch. Chip sah meine Anzeige auf dem Facebook-Marktplatz und wandte sich an mich und sagte, er würde mir gerne helfen, das Land zu verkaufen.
Ich nahm ihn schließlich auf die Hilfe. Das Land war 8 Tage lang gelistet und hatte ein Angebot, das um 21:30 Uhr abgeschlossen wurde. Wir haben in 20 Tagen geschlossen und es war so glatt. Wir haben alle Verträge online über einen gesicherten Server unterzeichnet.
Ich kann Chip Davis nur empfehlen. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam, wenn ich eine Frage hatte.
Ich habe ihn bereits an einen Freund verwiesen, um ihm beim Verkauf seines Eigentums zu helfen.
