Zuerst haben sie mein Telefon durcheinander gebracht. Als ich runter ging, um MEINE Telefonrechnung zu bezahlen, sagten sie mir, ich könnte nicht, weil mein Name nicht darauf steht. Was mein Name sein sollte, denn das hat der Typ gesagt, als ich es angeschlossen habe. Nachdem sie erwähnt hatten, dass sie sich immer noch weigerten, mich meine Rechnung bezahlen zu lassen, lachten sie mich aus. Ich weiß nicht, was so lustig daran war, dass sie mein Konto durcheinander gebracht und mir das Recht verweigert haben, meine Rechnung zu bezahlen. Als ich darum bat, mit einem Manager zu sprechen, lachten beide erneut und sagten mir, sie sei der Manager. Es war wahrscheinlich die unhöflichste Interaktion, die ich jemals hatte. Und damit der Manager ist, ist das sehr schlecht.

Der Kundenservice ist so gut wie möglich und die Lügen und fehlenden Informationen über den Verkauf sind etwas besorgniserregend. Es ist billig und so ziehen sie dich an und erzählen dir gerne nichts über versteckte Gebühren. Würde empfehlen, wenn diese Probleme behoben werden, aber die Band scheint sich dort nicht ändern zu wollen. Würde vermeiden.

Und der beste Preis für einen 5-GB-Plan, der in Saskatchewan, Kanada, 48 USD + Steuern beträgt.

Ich bin seit über 8 Jahren bei Koodo und hatte bis zum Umgang mit diesem Standort nie ein Problem. Mein Telefon musste repariert werden, also liehen sie mir ein Telefon. Das Telefon hatte einen vorhandenen Riss. Als sie dann den Leihgeber zurückbrachten und mein repariertes Telefon zurückbekamen, beschuldigten sie mich des Schadens und sagten mir, ich müsse dafür bezahlen. Schließlich zogen sie sich zurück und ließen mich los, aber sie sollten dies als eine Lektion nehmen, um eine ordnungsgemäße Lagerverwaltung durchzuführen und die Telefone, die sie ausleihen, sorgfältig zu überprüfen. Nicht böse auf eine bestimmte Person, sondern auf ihre gesamte Organisation. (Leihgerät war auch super verzögert und hatte Probleme mit GPS)
