Kendrick verwaltet mein Apartmentgebäude in der Innenstadt von Northampton. Sie haben vor ungefähr einem Jahr eine andere Agentur übernommen und es war in jeder Hinsicht äußerst positiv. Sie halten die Kommunikationswege offen und ihre Reaktionszeiten auf Probleme wurden schnell und professionell behandelt.

Unhöflich, nicht kooperativ. Einen Monat lang wurde vor meinem Schlafzimmerfenster gebaut. Meine vorherige Bewertung wurde entfernt.

Ich konnte eine sehr schöne Wohnung in Easthampton bekommen, die von Kendrick Management Co. gemietet und gepflegt wird. Ich habe nur begeisterte Kritiken für Kendrick; Als ich mir jedoch die Wohnung ansah, musste ich Robinson Reality durchgehen. Der Agent verbrachte 10 Minuten bei uns und berechnete 850 US-Dollar, nur um sich zu bewerben. Ich bat sie, die Einlösung meines Schecks (ihrer Erpressung) um einen Monat zu verschieben, da es November war und die Weihnachtsferien ... Ich sollte erst im ersten Januar einziehen.
Sie hat nicht nur meinen Scheck eingelöst, sondern auch nie auf meine Bitte um Anstand reagiert.
Ich habe nicht nur die 850 Dollar bezahlt, sondern auch 175 Dollar an Überkosten von meiner Bank.
Alle Bedenken und Fragen, die ich seit meinem Aufenthalt hier hatte, wurden von Kendrick umgehend, respektvoll und mit großartigen Ergebnissen beantwortet.
Ich bin total zufrieden mit Kendrick.

Sie mieteten ein Haus mit schrecklichem Schimmel (wir machten einen Lufttest und einen Tupfertest). Sie malten über die Form und behaupteten, sie sei repariert. Dann weigerten sie sich, die Miete zu erstatten, die ihr für die Monate geschuldet wurde, in denen sie nicht leben konnte, während sie das Problem behebten, weil: "Sie sagten uns, dass Sie sowieso nicht vorhatten, bis August dort einzuziehen." Wir haben sie in eine viel schönere und sicherere Wohnung in Amherst gebracht. Diese Firma ist zwielichtig und sollte nicht im Geschäft sein.
