KÄUFER VORSICHT.....Ich habe letzten Freitag bei K&K Interiors in Sandusky eingekauft. Ich habe den vollen Preis bezahlt, mehr als 100 $. Es war kein Verkaufsartikel.
Ich habe es mir anders überlegt und wollte es heute Morgen zurückgeben.
Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie keine Rücksendungen akzeptieren. Als ich fragte, wo es gepostet wurde, sagten sie: "Es steht ganz unten auf Ihrer Quittung". Ich fragte, woher ich vor dem Verkauf wissen sollte, dass es ein Rückgaberecht gab. Sie sagten, es sei eine Geschäftsrichtlinie und jetzt mit "COVID und allem, wissen Sie"
Ich rief den Kundenservice an und Renee rief mich an und hörte mir zu, weigerte sich jedoch, die Rücksendung zu honorieren, obwohl ich ein Treuemitglied bin. Ratet mal was.....Ich bin kein Loyalty-Mitglied mehr und werde auch nicht wieder bei K&K einkaufen. Übrigens, Renee hat mir erzählt, dass sie seit meiner Beschwerde jetzt Schilder aufgestellt haben. Sie sollten sich schämen.

Ich war in den letzten sechs Monaten mehrmals hier und es war nicht geöffnet. Sie suchen es online und es sagt offen. Sie rufen an und die Telefonnachricht sagt nicht, dass es geschlossen ist, aber es ist seit Anfang des Jahres geschlossen. Auf dem Schild an der Tür stand ursprünglich bis zum Frühjahr geschlossen und jetzt heißt es, dass es bis zum Herbst geschlossen ist. Wie schwer ist es, eine entsprechende Nachricht auf Ihr Telefon zu senden und Ihre sozialen Medien zu aktualisieren. Faul!
