Ihre Franchise-Unternehmen unter dieser Verwaltungsgesellschaft kümmern sich offensichtlich nicht um ihren Kundenstamm. Ich habe die Bewertung beigefügt, die ich für den neuesten McDonald's-Standort in Denton, TX, hinterlassen habe.
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie sie die Mitarbeiter an diesem Standort schulen. Die Details meiner Bewertung können durch die E-Mail erklärt werden, die ich an "JSP Management" gesendet habe, dem dieses Franchise gehört:

Ich schreibe heute (12.01.2020), um zu besprechen, wie oft ich an Dentons neuestem Standort Nr. 39266 am Ft Worth Drive war. Bei 5 verschiedenen Gelegenheiten habe ich Bestellungen aufgegeben und bin nur nach Hause gereist, um festzustellen, dass ein oder zwei Artikel nicht in meine Bestellung aufgenommen wurden, für die ich bezahlt habe. Das letzte Mal geschah dies heute Morgen, als ich um 6:10 Uhr meine Bestellung Nr. 1351 für 3 Bestellungen des "Frühstücks 2 für 1,50 USD" aufgab. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung an diesem Ort überprüfte ich die Tasche, nachdem ich meine Bestellung über die Durchfahrt erhalten hatte. Eines der Sandwiches fehlte.
Ich kann gar nicht genug betonen, wie sehr ich diesen Standort satt habe und wie offensichtlich es ist, dass die Bestellungen nicht richtig an die Kunden geliefert werden. Ein oder zwei Mal ist ein ehrlicher Fehler, aber fünf Mal innerhalb von zwei Wochen ist inakzeptabel.
Ich möchte, dass sich jemand an mich wendet, um dieses Problem zu beheben, damit ich weiß, dass es mit den Mitarbeitern an diesem Standort besprochen wurde. Ich habe es satt, mein Benzin in meinem Truck zu verschwenden, um mich umzudrehen und ihnen zu sagen, was sie falsch gemacht haben.
Bis sie meinen Fehler behoben haben, ist mein Essen kalt und ich frage mich, wofür ich überhaupt bezahlt habe.
