Ich habe Lynne Werth zum ersten Mal angerufen, um zu fragen, ob ich die Überweisungskosten einzahlen kann, da sie viel höher waren als erwartet (ich war bereit, den Restbetrag im Verlauf des Überweisungsprozesses zu zahlen).
1) Sie antwortete abrupt mit Nein und forderte die vollständige Zahlung an, bevor sie mit den Arbeiten begann. Das ist nicht fair!!!! Ich werde hier eine riskante Entscheidung treffen.
2) Sie konnte mir auch nicht sagen, wie lange der Prozess dauern wird, da noch keine Arbeit begonnen hat.
3) Wieder einmal riet sie abrupt, dass ich ihr eine E-Mail senden müsste, die sie an die Direktoren weiterleiten würde, falls ich einen Rabatt benötige.
4) Die Rechnung, die ich erhalten hatte, enthielt minimale Details. Der Verkäufer der Immobilie war genauer informiert und hatte die Kalkulation erklärt.
Ich bin sicher, es gibt Mitarbeiter bei Johnston, die nicht so unhöflich und unprofessionell sind wie Lynne Werth.
Ich würde sie in naher oder ferner Zukunft niemandem empfehlen.
