Schlechtes Management und schlechte Führung. Der Favoritismus ist hier hoch. Niedrige Löhne, insbesondere für Facharbeiter. Die Dinge sind in letzter Minute erledigt. Keine Erhöhungen und hohe Mitarbeiterfluktuationsrate, hauptsächlich von Personen, die gekündigt haben. Qualität hat hier keine Priorität. Die Moral ist hier niedrig und die Frustration auf dem Boden ist hoch. Die Leute, mit denen Sie auf dem Boden arbeiten, sind großartig und ein Hauptgrund, warum die Leute so lange bleiben.
