Klimaanlage ist aus. Nochmal. 4. Mal in einem Jahr. Keine Erstattung für andere Unterkünfte. Wird mindestens eine Woche lang nicht repariert. INAKZEPTABEL!

Sehr unhöflicher Wachmann am Tag. Ich hatte hier eine Lebensmittellieferung, die Kundin ist Stammgast und kommt normalerweise nach unten, um mich zu treffen. Deshalb gibt sie uns nicht ihre Einheitennummer. Heute habe ich versucht, sie anzurufen, wie ich es normalerweise tue, sie antwortet nicht und der Wachmann fragte sehr grob, was er für mich tun kann. Ich erklärte meine Situation und er sagte mir, dass wir uns zusammenreißen müssen und beschimpfte mich dafür Kenntnis der Einheitennummer. Am Ende hat er mir geholfen, indem er mir ihre Einheitennummer gegeben hat, aber ich möchte nie wieder mit diesem Mann interagieren.

Die jüdischen Türme sind seit einigen Jahren die Residenz meines Vaters. Alle Bewohner kümmern sich umeinander und behandeln sich wie eine Familie. Ich danke Gott für diese Einrichtung.
