Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität dieses Anwalts, von dem ich seit fast einem Jahr eine gesetzliche Vertretung erhalten habe. Rechtsberatung gibt es nicht. Die Kommunikation ist inkonsistent. Fehler werden mit Papierkram und Vorbereitung auf das Gericht gemacht. Möglicherweise aufgrund von Prozesskostenhilfe war die Qualität schlecht / minimal. Dies wurde jedoch nicht mitgeteilt. Ich werde von einer Wohltätigkeitsorganisation für häusliche Gewalt zugeteilt und bin traurig über ihr mangelndes Verständnis für häusliche Gewalt. Vielleicht handelt es sich um ein Finanzierungsproblem, und sie versuchen, einen Fall schnell abzuschließen. Was auch immer der Fall sein mag, seien Sie bereit, selbst zu denken und zu handeln, ganz zu schweigen davon, dass Sie nach Fehlern suchen müssen, die Sie korrigieren müssen, bevor sie in Ihrem Fall Probleme verursachen.

Würde weniger bewerten, wenn ich könnte. Die Frau, die sich mit meinem Fall befasste, hatte eine sehr lässige Haltung und ich blieb weit nach meinem Anhörungstermin hängen. Als ich sie fragte, warum sie nicht in Kontakt waren, bekam ich keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung. Ich würde diese Anwaltskanzlei niemandem empfehlen. Sie haben viel zu verbessern.

Sie waren unhöflich, sehr unkommunikativ und handelten immer so, als könnten sie sich nicht weniger um mich kümmern. Ich habe bei meiner Anhörung Bildschirme angefordert, die sie nicht bestellt haben. Sie sagten meinem Anwalt, er solle eine Stunde später als ich auftauchen, und so musste ich eine Stunde lang mit meinem missbräuchlichen Ex allein in einem Wartezimmer sitzen. Sie reichten spät bei der LAA Unterlagen ein (mehrmals, selbst nachdem sie mir mitgeteilt hatten, dass sie es an diesem Tag getan hatten und dann tatsächlich einige Tage später), sagten mir zu Unrecht mehrere Tage lang und manchmal überhaupt nicht - dass die LAA dies verlangte Informationen (ich musste mich selbst an LAA wenden, um dies herauszufinden, und sobald es fast 14 Tage nach ihrer Anfrage war; dies ist die Frist für den Erhalt der angeforderten Informationen) und belog die LAA, mich an einem Punkt zu vertreten. Es dauerte mehr als drei Monate, bis meine Prozesskostenhilfe einging, und ich musste schließlich ohne Vertretung zu einer Anhörung gehen. Sie waren aggressiv beleidigend, als ich versuchte, mit ihnen über meine Probleme zu sprechen, und entschuldigten sich kein einziges Mal für ihr Verhalten und das, was sie mir angetan haben.

Ich wurde in den letzten zwei Jahren von Ismail & Co unterstützt und habe festgestellt, dass sie sowohl professionell als auch unterstützend sind. Ob dies mir Ratschläge gibt und mich vor Gericht vertritt. Ich würde ihre Dienste allen empfehlen
