Ich war sehr aufgeregt, eine Kiste mit meinen Lieblings-Schweinelocken zu bekommen, aber nachdem ich am 4. Oktober eine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, erhielt ich keine Informationen zu meiner Bestellung oder den von mir bestellten Artikeln. Ich habe dem Unternehmen am 16. Oktober eine E-Mail geschickt und nie eine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe dann am 25. Oktober versucht, sie anzurufen, und es gab keine Antwort und die Voicemail des Unternehmens war voll. An diesem Punkt beschloss ich, einen Streit mit Paypal zu eröffnen, da ich über ihre Website bezahlt hatte. Der Besitzer hat immer noch nicht geantwortet, nachdem er von Paypal kontaktiert wurde und ich eskalierte zu einer Reklamation am 31. Oktober und bisher immer noch Funkstille vom Besitzer. Ich verstehe nicht, warum die Kommunikation oder der Versand bestellter Produkte so schwierig ist, wenn dies der Kern Ihres Geschäfts ist, aber seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie etwas bei diesem Unternehmen bestellen möchten.
