Ioline Crystal Studio: funktioniert sehr schlecht und das Programm ist so schlecht gestaltet; Die Schaltfläche "Rückgängig" funktioniert nicht einmal bei allen Aktionen.
Ioline Plotter: Dieser Drucker zerkleinert das Papier. Ich hatte vom ersten Tag an Probleme mit diesem Plotter. Ein sehr unhöflicher Kundenservice sagte mir, ich habe mir all diese Probleme vorgestellt, um später herauszufinden, dass es tatsächlich einige Designfehler gibt, und ein paar Probleme herausgefunden:
1. Das Gewicht der Aluminiumstange ist zu gering. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle mich mit Sand oder Zement füllen ... bis zu welchem Gewicht nicht sicher.
2. Die Papierablage wurde auf Metall gelegt und es gab nicht genügend Widerstand. Nachdem ich es ausgetauscht hatte, war der Widerstand zu hoch und die hintere Stange rutschte nicht nach unten und blieb oben hängen.
Die Maschine wurde mit einem Schmiermittel geliefert, damit das Papier besser rollt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass auch dies ein Fehler sei und ich sollte damit aufhören.
Alles in allem finde ich, dass dieses Unternehmen kein Produkt auf den Markt bringt, das marktreif ist und ordnungsgemäß Fehler behebt
