Unhöflicher Kundendienstmitarbeiter. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen. Ich musste sie nach einem völlig hoffnungslosen Tag anrufen, nachdem sie der Frau am Frauentag keine Blumen geliefert hatten. Wenn Sie eine persönliche Identifikationsnummer und ein Postfach haben, können Sie leicht Blumen in den Namen anderer betrügen, was sehr unsinnig ist. Sie sind total Idioten.

Hier können Sie im Namen anderer auf Kredit handeln, ohne dass sich jemand wundert und ohne dass der angegebene Zahler kontaktiert wird. Traumfirma für Betrug. Völlig Müll!

Extrem enttäuscht. Ich bestellte Blumen und bezahlte extra für die Lieferung mit der Option, sie an der Tür oder bei einem Nachbarn zu lassen. Erst eine Woche später wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es nie geliefert wurde und ich sie selbst in einem Blumenladen abholen konnte. Es dauerte dann noch einige Wochen, bis sie meine Beschwerde bearbeitet und mir schließlich eine Rückerstattung angeboten hatten. Der einzige milde einlösende Faktor war die Entschuldigung des Vertreters, der mich einen Monat nach meiner Bestellung anrief, aber bis dahin war es zu spät, da meine Lieferung völlig überflüssig war und ich nicht früh genug benachrichtigt wurde, um andere Vorkehrungen zu treffen. Ich stelle mir vor, dass sie ihre Lieferlieferantenbeziehungen und Kommunikationswege korrigieren müssen.
