Bei meinem ersten Termin vor 6 Jahren waren mein Leben und mein Diabetes besser, als ich mir vorstellen konnte! Jeder, der hier arbeitet, ist so nett und freundlich! Die Ärzte, Ernährungsberater und Hautpfleger kümmern sich so sehr darum! So erfrischend, sich tatsächlich auf einen Arzttermin zu freuen! :) :)

Ich beschäftige mich seit 20 Jahren mit Typ-2-Diabetes. Ich suchte im Internet und wurde mit den positiven Bewertungen für Integrative Endokrinologie und Präventivmedizin, insbesondere der Ernährungsberaterin Christine Santos, ermutigt.
Während meiner ersten Konsultation setzte sich Frau Santos zu mir und überzeugte mich mit einem gewissen Engagement von meiner Seite, dass sie in der Lage sein würde, meine Situation zu verbessern und schnell messbare Ergebnisse zu sehen.
Da ich sehr skeptisch dachte, dass dies nur eine weitere Diät ist, die ich zu meiner langen Liste fehlgeschlagener Versuche hinzufügen möchte, stimmte ich dem Medifast-Programm zu. Keine Lüge, das war das Größte in meinem Leben, Essen ist mir sehr wichtig! Ich freue mich, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass die Behauptungen im Speiseplan wahr sind. Das Verlangen nach Kohlenhydraten war stark reduziert, die Anzahl der Eingriffe und die positiven Ergebnisse auf der Skala nahmen zu.
Ich bin der Meinung, dass das erfolgreiche Ergebnis in direktem Zusammenhang mit dem Ansatz von Frau Santos steht. Ihr Coaching, ihr Wissen und ihre kontinuierliche Anleitung machten den Unterschied. Mehr als ich entmutigt wurde, nur durch einen Besuch / ein Wiegen wieder auf die Strecke getröstet zu werden, bekam ich ein besseres Verständnis dafür, wie mein Körper auf den Ernährungsplan reagiert. Und ich konnte eine kohlenhydratarme Diät anbieten, damit mein Arzt eine Basis hat, um meine Medikamente zu behandeln.

Christine Santos ist die Ernährungsberaterin und sie hat mein Leben verändert. Ich habe immer gesund gegessen, konnte aber nie die Pfunde verlieren, bis ich sie traf. Sie kümmert sich wirklich um meine Fortschritte und beantwortet gerne alle meine Tausenden von Fragen. Sie ist darauf spezialisiert, genau herauszufinden, was Ihr Körper braucht und worauf er reagiert, damit Sie auf gesunde, langfristige und ausgewogene Weise abnehmen können. Leeana Peterson war eine Lebensretterin und hat sich sehr für mein Wohlergehen interessiert. Sie nimmt sich Zeit zuzuhören und alle meine Fragen zu beantworten. Leeana hat lebensrettende Dinge über mich entdeckt, die kein anderer Endokrinologe jemals getan hat. Ich kann nicht genug gute Dinge über diesen Ort sagen!

Christine ist unglaublich! Sie hat mir so viel über Essen und Ernährung beigebracht. Ohne ihr Wissen und ihre Unterstützung hätte ich nicht so weit kommen können wie auf meiner Reise zum Abnehmen.
