Inman First Baptist Church: Ein Ort der Anbetung, Gemeinschaft und des Wachstums
Die Inman First Baptist Church ist eine lebendige und einladende Gemeinschaft von Gläubigen im Herzen von Inman, South Carolina. Mit einer reichen Geschichte, die bis ins Jahr 1889 zurückreicht, ist diese Kirche seit Generationen ein Eckpfeiler des Glaubens und des Dienstes.
In der Inman First Baptist Church glauben wir, dass Anbetung nicht nur ein Ereignis, sondern eine Lebensweise ist. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir unseren Mitgliedern während der Woche mehrere Gelegenheiten, in Gemeinschaft und Lobpreis zusammenzukommen. Unsere sonntäglichen Gottesdienste finden um 8:30 Uhr und 10:30 Uhr statt, mit Sonntagsschulunterricht für alle Altersgruppen um 9:30 Uhr. Wir haben auch IFBC-Jugendtreffen mittwochs um 18:30 Uhr.
Unsere Gemeinde wird von Pastor Michael Dean geleitet, der unserer Gemeinde seit August 2017 dient. Er bringt über zwei Jahrzehnte pastorale Erfahrung und eine Leidenschaft dafür mit, Gottes Liebe mit anderen zu teilen.
Zusätzlich zu unseren regulären Gottesdiensten bietet die Inman First Baptist Church viele andere Programme an, die den Mitgliedern helfen sollen, in ihrem Glauben zu wachsen und sich miteinander zu verbinden. Dazu gehören Bibelstudien, Gebetsgruppen, Missionsreisen im In- und Ausland sowie verschiedene Outreach-Programme, die den Bedürfnissen unserer Gemeinde dienen.
Ein solches Programm ist unsere Food Pantry, die Bedürftigen in der Umgebung Nahrungsmittelhilfe leistet. Wir haben auch einen aktiven Frauendienst, der das ganze Jahr über Veranstaltungen veranstaltet, darunter Exerzitien, bei denen Frauen zu Gemeinschaft zusammenkommen können, während sie Gott näher kommen.
In der Inman First Baptist Church glauben wir, dass jeder etwas Wertvolles beizutragen hat, unabhängig von Alter oder Herkunft. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir Menschen aus allen Lebensbereichen Möglichkeiten, sich durch Freiwilligenarbeit oder den Beitritt zu einem unserer vielen Dienste wie dem Musikdienst oder dem Kinderdienst zu engagieren.
Wir sind stolze Mitglieder der Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), die uns Zugang zu Ressourcen und Unterstützung von einem größeren Netzwerk von Kirchen im ganzen Land ermöglicht. Diese Zugehörigkeit bietet uns auch die Möglichkeit, uns an der Missionsarbeit im In- und Ausland zu beteiligen.
