Eine sehr schlecht geführte Firma! Wir lehnten es ab, in eines ihrer Häuser zu ziehen, da der Kundenservice schlecht war. Wir hatten keine Kenntnis davon, bevor wir eine Kaution hinterlegten, dass die Büros unsere Aufforderungen zur Aktualisierung des Status unseres Antrags vermeiden würden, wenn uns garantiert würde, dass wir wissen würden, ob wir am nächsten Tag genehmigt würden. Wir haben zwei Wochen lang von niemandem gehört! Stattdessen schickten sie eine E-Mail mit der Bestätigung, dass der Antrag genehmigt wurde, und einem Einzugsdatum. Wir lehnten respektvoll ab und baten um eine Rückerstattung aufgrund ihrer Lügen und des schrecklichen Kundenservice, erhielten aber nie die Rückerstattung. Jetzt, 6 Monate später, haben sie uns zu Sammlungen geschickt und behaupten, nicht genügend Geld zu haben? Wie ist das möglich, wenn die Zahlung mit mir telefonisch bearbeitet wurde und wir eine Kopie der Quittung erhalten haben? Dies ist die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je mit einem Management-Immobilienunternehmen gemacht habe, und ermutigen Sie jeden, der in Betracht zieht, in eines der Inland-Objekte zu ziehen, dies zu überdenken!
