Wenn Sie an amerikanische Servicequalität und Verantwortung gewöhnt sind, ist ING nicht Ihre Bank. Als ich in Europa lebte, war ich über 5 Jahre lang Kunde bei ihnen (aus Notwendigkeit). ING ist eine niederländische Bank und leider ist die Art und Weise, wie sie ihren Kundenservice eingerichtet haben, schrecklich. Als Beispiel: Sie sind extrem schwer zu erreichen, wenn sie überhaupt aufgenommen werden. Wenn Sie das Glück haben, einen Kundendienstmitarbeiter am Telefon zu haben, gibt dieser vor, Ihre Fragen oder Bedenken zu lösen, protokolliert jedoch nichts im System. Wenn Sie sie das nächste Mal anrufen und das Glück haben, dass jemand sie tatsächlich abholt, werden sie nicht einmal wissen, dass Sie bereits mehrmals mit ihnen gesprochen haben und von vorne beginnen müssen. Ihre internen Abteilungen kommunizieren nicht miteinander. Dies führt dazu, dass Sie je nach Gesprächspartner unterschiedliche Anweisungen erhalten. Der extreme Anspruch, den sie im Umgang mit ihren Kunden haben, ist wahrscheinlich das Frustrierendste. Sie scheinen Befriedigung aus Ihrer Frustration zu ziehen. Ich habe viele weitere Beispiele, die ich mit harten Beweisen belegen kann, aber ich denke, Sie verstehen den Punkt. Ich würde Ihnen raten, buchstäblich mit jeder anderen Bank zu gehen. Diese Bank (die ING) wird sich nicht um Sie kümmern. Ich hoffe, ich kann mindestens eine Person vor den Frustrationen im Umgang mit diesem Unternehmen retten. Bleib in Sicherheit und vertraue ihnen nicht dein Geld an.

Ich bin ein ehemaliger Kunde und ich erinnere mich, dass Sie eine Niederlassung in Philadelphia, PA, in der Innenstadt von Center City hatten. Es ist schade, dass Sie nur mit Unternehmen zu tun haben. Ich mochte Ihre Bank und die Rendite meines Geldes.
