Additionally, the website was not very user-friendly, making it hard to navigate and find information. Despite these setbacks, the sessions themselves were effective and I could feel myself getting stronger and more fit. Overall, I would say my experience was average. With some improvements in the scheduling process and website usability, this company has the potential to be great.
