Das Gebäude ist wunderschön mit einem "Old Hollywood" Gefühl. Die günstigste Miete auf dem Sunset Strip. Ruhige Bewohner und ein sicheres Gebäude mit einem geschlossenen Innenhof.

Gloria, die Gebäudemanagerin, ist äußerst hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Bei zahlreichen Gelegenheiten gab sie sich alle Mühe, Fragen zu beantworten und bei kleinen Dingen wie dem Verlust eines Schlüssels zu helfen. Gloria an sich machte mein Mietverhältnis die Erfahrung wert.

Ich rief an, um zu fragen, ob eine Wohnung verfügbar ist. Die Dame, die den Hörer abnahm, war nicht nur unhöflich, sondern beantwortete auch meine Fragen nicht! Schlechter Kunden- / Mieterservice bereits. Kein Interesse daran, mein Geld hier zu mieten / auszugeben.
