Ich werde nicht wiederkommen, um mit diesen Leuten Geschäfte zu machen. Ich hatte eine einfache Bestellung von 12 Hüten. Die Bestellung war zu spät. Ich musste ständig dorthin gehen, um zu sehen, was mit meiner Bestellung los war für mich muss da hoch. Ich habe ihnen alle notwendigen Informationen gegeben.. Mir wurde eine Digitalisierung in Rechnung gestellt, die nie stattgefunden hat (sie haben die Hälfte des Digitalisierungspreises abgezogen, hätten aber überhaupt nicht dafür bezahlen sollen) das Logo war nicht richtig auf den Hüten zentriert und jetzt der Schriftzug ist von der Mitte des Hutes abgeschnitten.. sie haben das falsche Logo auf der Rückseite der Hüte angebracht und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich, wenn ich die Hüte nehme, einen "guten Rabatt" bekomme, der nur 30 Dollar weniger kostet eine 300-Dollar-Bestellung! Ich verstehe, dass Fehler passieren, aber mir wurde immer wieder versichert, dass sie 20 Jahre Erfahrung haben und bla bla bla ... Tu dir selbst einen Gefallen und bestelle deine Produkte online, es ist billiger und du kannst sie überprüfen, bevor sie sie machen, damit es nichts kostet Sie aus eigener Tasche für ihre Fehler! Der Manager oder Besitzer, wer auch immer er ist, schien nicht einmal verärgert darüber zu sein, dass ich verärgert war, er sagte nur "Oh, es ist in Ordnung, wir werden es das nächste Mal reparieren, mach dir keine Sorgen" ... Aber es wird kein nächstes geben? Zeit! Ich werde weder meine Zeit noch mein Geld verschwenden!
