Das afroamerikanische Mädchen, das an der Rezeption im Kinderbetreuungsbüro arbeitet, ist überhaupt nicht hilfreich und tut so, als ob sie nicht dort sein möchte. Sie hat sehr schlechte Kundendienstfähigkeiten, sie muss nicht mit der Öffentlichkeit umgehen! Sie ist die erste Person, die Sie sehen, wenn Sie durch diese Tür gehen, und es gibt keinen Grund, warum sie jemandem sagt, dass sie etwas nicht weiß oder ein Stirnrunzeln hat. Sehr unprofessionell, ihre Position muss neu bewertet werden! Sie hat es mit der Öffentlichkeit und Menschen zu tun, die nicht über Kindergeld informiert sind. Was wir also nicht wissen, sollte sie gerne bereit sein, es mit irgendeiner Art von Motivation herauszufinden oder zu beantworten.

Ich denke, ein AH zu sein und faul zu sein, ist eine Voraussetzung, um einen Job beim Staat zu bekommen. Es ist wirklich traurig, aber NJ ist eine der schlimmsten Bürokratien, die ich je gesehen habe. Und DMV habe ich nicht erwähnt.

Das Telefonsystem ist schrecklich. Sie können nicht geworfen werden, um mit einer menschlichen Person zu sprechen. Die Telefonansagen erkennen nicht einmal die Nummern, die Sie drücken, um mit einer bestimmten Abteilung in Kontakt zu treten. So frustrierend

Das "Superior Court of NJ" stellt die unprofessionellsten, herablassendsten und nicht hilfreichsten Leute ein, die Sie in New Jersey finden können. Als jemand, der dafür bezahlt wird, die Öffentlichkeit zu unterstützen, ist die Frau an der Front unnötig unhöflich. Eine einfache Frage sollte nicht mit einer Einstellung beantwortet und innerhalb von 2 Sekunden abgewiesen werden, da die Dame an der Rezeption einen Text hat, den sie beantworten muss. Wer am 04.02.2020 um 9 Uhr an der Rezeption arbeitete, muss ersetzt werden.
