Es war sehr deutlich, wie viel Mühe sie in ihre Mitarbeiter stecken. Ich war sehr beeindruckt, wie sie die Extrameile gegangen sind.

Extrem unprofessionell. Sie kontaktierten mich und ich war so freundlich, eine halbe Stunde mit ihnen zu sprechen und ein Follow-up über Skype zu vereinbaren, bevor sie mir überhaupt ein Interview sichern konnten. Danach sagten sie mir eine halbe Stunde vor dem Vorstellungsgespräch, das ich schon extra für sie reserviert hatte, ab.

Später fand ich heraus, dass sie bereits einen anderen Kandidaten hatten, den sie vor mir herüberschickten. Das Interview, das sie wollten, dass ich mit ihnen vor dem Interview mit dem Kunden führte, hätte also Zeitverschwendung sein können, weshalb ich mich nur über Skype mit ihnen treffen wollte, anstatt nach unten zu fahren, um mit ihnen über eine möglicherweise bestehende Position zu sprechen.

Ich habe mit ihnen gesprochen und mir gesagt, dass sie sich bei mir melden würden, wenn der Kandidat, den sie herüberschickten, die Stelle nicht bekommen würde. Nun, große Überraschung, dass sie nicht weiterverfolgt haben. Zweite große Überraschung, der Kandidat, den sie geschickt haben, hat die Stelle nicht bekommen. Sie haben also nicht nur meine Zeit verschwendet, sondern auch ihre und eine Gelegenheit.
