I had a mixed experience with Hewlett-Packard Aguadilla. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were very helpful in resolving my issue. On the other hand, their products are average at best and I've had a few issues with them in the past. Overall, I would say they are an average company.

Kaufte den HP Drucker M404dw, bei dem nach 9 Monaten Probleme auftraten. Sie senden einen Ersatz, aber sie werden eine neue Garantie nicht einhalten, weil sie mir einen überholten Drucker schicken !!! Ich habe ihnen gesagt, dass es sich bei meinem Drucker um einen neuen Drucker handelt, daher sollte ich einen "neuen" Ersatz erhalten. In der Garantie heißt es nicht, dass der Ersatz nur dann überholt wird, wenn er nicht repariert werden kann. Ersatz bedeutet im Allgemeinen, mit gleichem oder höherem Wert zu ersetzen, nicht mit geringerem Wert. Ich habe ihnen gesagt, bevor ich wieder Geräte kaufe, werde ich all dies in Betracht ziehen und mich wahrscheinlich dafür entscheiden, HP nicht wieder zu kaufen, und ich werde anderen von meinen Erfahrungen erzählen. Ihre Antwort war, dass ich nur die Richtlinien befolge, bla bla und ich sagte ihnen, dass sie besser mit einem Vorgesetzten sprechen sollten, und natürlich wurde der Chat nach diesem SMH auf mysteriöse Weise unterbrochen !!! Selbst als mein teures Shark-Vakuum nicht mehr funktionierte, schickten sie mir nicht nur ein neues, sondern auch ein neues Upgrade, einschließlich einer neuen Garantie. Dies hat mich definitiv davon abgehalten, jemals wieder HP zu kaufen !!!
