Diese Firma unterstützt ihre Arbeit nicht. Sie haben die Markise von meinem Haus entfernt, um das Abstellgleis zu machen - haben nicht zwischen Markise und Haus verstemmt - ich habe aus diesem Grund Wasser in mein Haus bekommen - sie sind herausgekommen und haben verstemmt, jetzt kommt Wasser über die Hälfte der Terrasse herein- Das Abdichten wurde also nicht richtig durchgeführt und sie denken, ich sollte für einen Serviceabruf bezahlen, um es richtig zu machen. Es dauerte Wochen für einen Rückruf und der Sohn des Besitzers schrie mich am Telefon an und sagte mir, dass er wollte, dass ich bezahle. Ich sagte ihm, ich würde BBB anrufen - er sagte, das sei in Ordnung, er kümmert sich die ganze Zeit um sie. Keine Überraschung aufgrund ihrer Arbeitsmoral und Unhöflichkeit, ganz zu schweigen von der schlechten Qualität der Arbeit und der Tatsache, dass sie ihre Arbeit nicht unterstützen.

Unser Haus stammt aus den 1950er Jahren, also hatte es diese klassischen (aber schrecklichen) Einscheibenfenster mit der Dropdown-Kette, die das Fenster von oben öffnet. Alle kleinen Paneele waren mühsam zu reinigen und gelegentlich brach man von Möbeln ab oder wer weiß was.

Wir hatten endlich genug davon und beschlossen, die meisten wichtigen zu ersetzen.
Ich kann nicht glauben, wie viel Wärme wir durch unsere Fenster verloren haben! Lächerlich! Ich bin so froh, dass sich die neuen richtig öffnen und vollständig verschließen.

Die Heart House Crew war großartig. Unser Haus war etwas überladen, aber sie waren sehr höflich und professionell.

Der Vertriebsmitarbeiter war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat sich verpflichtet, sicherzustellen, dass alle unsere Bedenken mit größter Sorgfalt erfüllt werden. Der Preis und die Qualität waren bei weitem die besten. Die Crew war gelinde gesagt großartig; Sie waren sehr freundlich, kompetent und sauber, was uns sehr wichtig war.
