Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass das Personal bei der Registrierung freundlich und hilfsbereit war und klare Anweisungen gab, wohin man gehen und was man tun sollte. Ich wünschte jedoch, es gäbe mehr Klarheit über die Art der verfügbaren Aufgaben und den erforderlichen Zeitaufwand. Insgesamt schätze ich das Engagement der Organisation, das Leben durch Wohnen zu verbessern, bin aber der Meinung, dass es Raum für Verbesserungen gibt, was die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Website und die Kommunikation mit Freiwilligen angeht. ??
