Patsy spricht kein gutes Englisch, was es schwierig macht, sie zu verstehen, außerdem hat sie schlechte Verständnis- und Verständnisfähigkeiten. Sie hat mich 5 mal gefragt und ich habe ihr 5 mal geantwortet. Also bitte ich sie freundlich, mich wegen der Kommunikationsbarriere von jemand anderem anrufen zu lassen. Patsy fuhr fort, mit mir zu streiten! Clark, Patsy und die Empfangsdame waren sehr unprofessionell, herablassend, argumentativ, mit schlechter Kommunikation, und ich bin sehr beleidigt. Ich bitte die Rezeptionistin, mich zum Manager zu schicken, aber die Rezeptionistin fragte mich, was das Problem sei, und als ich ihr sagte, begann sie zu streiten, um Patsy zu helfen. Ich habe nichts Beleidigendes über Patsy gesagt, ich habe sie nur wissen lassen, dass es wegen ihres Akzents schwer ist, sie zu verstehen. Als sie mich zu Clark schickte, der ein nerviger Vorgesetzter ist, erzählte ich ihr ruhig das Problem und Clarks Antwort war "Was soll ich tun?" Gefolgt von Clark, der in meinem Gesicht auflegte. Ich rief zurück und wurde wieder aufgelegt. Schließlich rief ich an und hinterließ meine Kontaktinformationen bei der Rezeptionistin, um sie dem Vorgesetzten von Clark zu geben. Die Empfangsdame streitet weiter, bevor sie meine Informationen entgegennimmt. Dies soll ein gemeinnütziger Verein für wohltätige Zwecke sein. Ich bin enttäuscht über den Mangel an Professionalität.
