Ich bringe meine Kinder nicht hierher zurück, das Personal ist inkompetent, besonders Sara, und unten im Fitnessstudio würden sie dich nicht barfuß laufen lassen, was ich sehr unhöflich finde !!! Außerdem sind die Kinder seit Jahren Mitglieder und versuchen dennoch zu überladen !!
ÜbersetztIch wollte eine Klasse, wurde aber aufgefordert, mich für eine Einführungsklasse anzumelden, weil sie billiger war. Die Klasse war alle Altersgruppen, Musik- und Bewegungsklasse. Der Ausbilder schien überfüllt zu sein und war nicht organisiert. Wurde heute für eine wiederkehrende Zahlung belastet, angerufen und die Rezeptionistin Sarah konnte keine Rückerstattung bestätigen, obwohl ich am Tag der erneuten Abrechnung storniere. Der Eigentümer hat meine Rückerstattung abgelehnt, obwohl ich erklärt habe, dass ich nicht in NYC lebe und im Monat keine andere Klasse besucht habe, weil ich sie nicht mag. Es ist nur schade, dass die Leute sich nicht um Kundenservice und Erfahrung kümmern und nur Ihr Geld wollen.
