Viel Mikromanagement im Unternehmen. Wenn er sich des Beschaffungs- / Einkaufsmanagers bewusst ist, scheint er nicht zu wollen, dass jemand in seinem Team etwas leistet. Wird von ihm heruntergedrückt, damit er seinen Sitz schützen kann. Machen Sie keinen Fehler, er als Manager schimpft mit seinen Untergebenen und schließt Lieferanten in E-Mails ein. Wirklich schlechte Ethik und wirklich unhöflich. Verstehe aus Ex-Sachen, dass er Leute schimpft, die einfache Fehler machen, z. Keine Großbuchstaben in Anfrage oder E-Mail an falschen Anbieter senden. Es ist schon 2020. Die Hierarchie an diesem Ort ist wirklich stark. Das einzig gute ist, dass er gut als Arbeiter ist.
