Die Mission der Pfadfinderinnen ist es, mutige, selbstbewusste und charaktervolle Mädchen aufzubauen, die die Welt zu einem besseren Ort machen. Diese Mission wird durch verschiedene Programme erreicht, die von der Organisation angeboten werden, wie z. B. Outdoor-Abenteuer wie Campingausflüge oder Wanderexpeditionen; MINT-Aktivitäten wie Robotik-Wettbewerbe oder Coding-Workshops; gemeinnützige Projekte wie Freiwilligenarbeit bei örtlichen Tafeln oder Tierheimen; Führungsentwicklungsprogramme wie Workshops für öffentliche Reden oder Teambuilding-Übungen.
Ein einzigartiger Aspekt der Mitgliedschaft bei den Girl Scouts ist der Verkauf von Keksen. Der jährliche Keksverkauf vermittelt den Mädchen nicht nur wertvolle Geschäftsfähigkeiten, sondern trägt auch zur Finanzierung vieler Programme bei, die von der Organisation das ganze Jahr über angeboten werden.
