Wirklich mieser Service, bei dem der Kunde sogar im Chat belogen wird. Ich habe am Sonntag, den 15.12. Einen Laptop für meine Mutter bestellt und mich für die vorrangige Lieferung entschieden. Es ist Mi 18.12 und das Paket wird (vielleicht) heute online gehen, obwohl die Webseite immer eine Lieferzeit von 2-3 Werktagen beansprucht. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt während der Bestellung wurde angegeben, dass der Versand nur etwa 3 Werktage dauern würde. Betrug Nr. 1 Di 17.12 Ich habe mich per Chat gemeldet und ein Mitarbeiter hat behauptet, das Paket sei unterwegs und komme am 19.12 an. Am Morgen des 18. Dezember erhielt ich jedoch eine E-Mail mit der Mitteilung, dass es am 18. Dezember live gehen würde. Ich rief den Kundendienst an und bin mit dem Service wirklich nicht zufrieden. Keine Garantie, dass das Paket zu Weihnachten in der Wildnis von Kainuu ankommt. Ich bot an, den gleichen Sa 21.12 von Kajaani Gigant zu bekommen, natürlich zum gleichen Preis, aber natürlich konnte es nicht (zumindest den gleichen Preis oder könnte es sein) dort länger als 2 Tage gelagert). Außerdem hat der Chat-Client das System belogen, dass er mir gesagt hätte, dass das Paket am 19.12 herauskommen würde, obwohl er sagte, dass es am 19.12 ankommen würde (und ich kann dies beweisen). Wie ist ein solcher "Service" generell möglich? Hoffentlich wird Amazon bald vollständig nach Finnland expandieren, denn in meinem Wohnsitzland nutze ich es und der Service ist im Vergleich zu einem anderen Planeten riesig!

Gute Werte mit Produkten, obwohl die Qualität schlecht ist. Wenn Giant auswählt, welche Kommentare für Produkte akzeptiert werden sollen

Unverständlicher schlechter Kundenservice bei Problemen.

Wirklich schlechte Leistung für die Küche. Ich kann es niemandem empfehlen. Spät waren Türen, Ebenen und Geräte. Die Wandhalterungen der Schränke sind etwas fragwürdig und der Trockenschrank mies. Kundenservice schlecht.

Guter Ort, um Gadgets zu sehen, aber schlechtes Kundenhandling.
