Dieser Ort ist wirklich widerlich. Ich habe hier im College gemietet und meine Erfahrung war so unannehmbar, dass ich nicht mit den Plänen gesprochen habe, Unternehmen zu verklagen oder zu kontaktieren, sobald sich meine Gefühle abgekühlt haben. Es ist Jahre her und ich bin immer noch erzürnt.
Ich hatte dort einen Streit mit Mitbewohnern, der dazu führte, dass wir alle raus wollten. Anscheinend haben sie einen neuen Mietvertrag mit meinem Namen unterschrieben, dass sie jetzt die Mitbewohner sind. Nun, diese neuen Leute waren nette Leute, aber es war nicht in Ordnung, dass sie einen Schlüssel erhielten, ohne dass ich benachrichtigt wurde. Am Ende fand ich heraus, dass die Managerin Melissa den Vertrag absichtlich geschlossen und mir nichts gesagt hatte, falls ich nein sagte. Als ich mich im Büro beschwerte, lachten sie mich aus und sagten "Welcher Vertrag?". Sie haben die Position, dass sie neue Mitbewohner gegen die Zustimmung oder Benachrichtigung von jemandem, der einen Mietvertrag unterzeichnet hat, platzieren können. Sie haben die neuen Mädchen dort behalten, obwohl ich mich geweigert habe, den neuen, illegalen Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben. Ich hoffe aufrichtig, dass ich eines Tages die Gelegenheit bekomme, sie wegen ihrer Handlungen zu verklagen. Das ist ekelhafte Slumlord-Aktivität.
