Sie scheinen keine Probleme mit Rohrleitungen, alten Dächern, verrosteten Carports, faulem Holz, Fundamentproblemen, Ratten oder Termiten zu haben. Nach meinem Verständnis liegt es in ihrer Verantwortung, das Eigentum und die gemeinsamen Grundstücke zu erhalten.
Der Freund des Präsidenten ist ein "Geschäftsmann". Sein verrosteter Abschleppwagen scheint auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks in der Nähe des Hundeparks geparkt zu bleiben. Er ist in unserem Finanzausschuss, sein Sohn war Bauunternehmer
