Lassen Sie sie eine Bodenprobe für ein Gebäude machen, an dem ich eine Ergänzung machen wollte. Erstens haben sie mir 200 Dollar in Rechnung gestellt, damit ihr Ingenieur herauskommt, und ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie lange sie mir den Bodentest hätten bestellen können. Dann werde ich nicht einmal auf die 200-Dollar-Kosten aufmerksam gemacht, bis ich Monate später einen Brief bekomme, in dem steht, dass eine Gebühr anfällt, wenn ich ihn letzten Monat nicht bezahlt habe (da er bereits überfällig ist).
Wenn dann die Stadt auftaucht, um das Gebiet zu markieren (für das ein Ingenieur anwesend sein soll), versuche ich selbst herauszufinden, was zu tun ist.
Also rufe ich an der Rezeption an und frage die Rezeptionistin, was sie dem Stadtmenschen sagen soll. Sie weiß nicht einmal, wer ich bin oder was sie ihm sagen soll oder wie sie diese Informationen nachschlagen soll. Also danke ich ihr und verabschiede mich, um nett zu sein, worauf sie antwortete "Ich bin nicht sicher, wie ich geholfen habe". Dann sage ich dem Stadtmenschen, er soll einfach alles markieren, und er kann die Lochplatzierung herausfinden.
Leider habe ich sie am ersten Tag, als ihr Ingenieur herauskam, per Scheck bezahlt. Sie hätten also Aufzeichnungen über mich haben sollen und ehrlich gesagt nicht sicher sein können, warum sie nicht die "200 Dollar, die ich ihnen schuldete" gesammelt haben, während ich den Scheck für den Bodentest ausgestellt habe. Das Ganze ist durcheinander.
In ihrem Bericht heißt es also, wir hätten ihnen gesagt, wo sie das Ganze bohren sollen. (Was ich ihnen nicht gesagt habe, wo sie bohren sollen, nicht meinen Job) Als es wieder von einem Ingenieur überwacht werden sollte.
Als nächstes erhalten wir den Bericht, keine Erklärung, nur eine Aufforderung zur Unterzeichnung eines Dokuments, in dem steht, dass wir jedem, der die Immobilie in Zukunft kaufen möchte, die Ergebnisse des Tests mitteilen werden. Wenn ich nicht einmal weiß, was drin ist oder ob es überhaupt richtig gemacht wurde.
Diese Firma ist eine Täuschung. Fazit: Ich würde ihnen nie wieder für irgendetwas vertrauen.
