Darüber hinaus könnte die Organisation des Terminvereinbarungsprozesses verbessert werden, da dieser unübersichtlich war und ich immer wieder nachfragen musste, um meinen Termin zu bestätigen. Positiv war, dass die Website benutzerfreundlich war und hilfreiche Informationen zu den angebotenen Dienstleistungen lieferte. Ich glaube jedoch, dass es hinsichtlich Kundenservice und Effizienz Verbesserungspotenzial gibt.
