Schrecklicher Kundenservice minderwertige Waagen. Hatte mit einer Susan im Kundenservice zu tun, die versuchte, mir 25 Dollar in Rechnung zu stellen, um mir nach 2 Monaten eine Ersatzwaage zu schicken. Ich habe die Waage in meinem Geschäft verwendet, um wiederholt 1 Zutat zu messen. Es ist eine Küchenwaage und sollte dies für mehr als 2 Monate tun können. Sie schickten mir nach 2 Wochen hin und her eine E-Mail und boten mir an, mir eine neue für 25 Dollar zu schicken. Schade
Auf der Verpackung steht eindeutig KÜCHENWAAGE 2 JAHRE GARANTIE. Als ich dann nach diesem fragte, sagte Susan, dass es nicht für den kommerziellen Gebrauch bestimmt ist und die Garantie erlischt.

Habe eine Salter-Waage bei Home Outfitters Clearance gekauft. Es hat nie funktioniert, direkt aus der Box. Ich habe Salter (in Großbritannien) kontaktiert, aber sie sagten mir, ich solle Springfield Instruments, ihren kanadischen Distributor, kontaktieren. Nach mehreren hin- und hergehenden E-Mails und dem Senden von Bildern von der Vorderseite der Waage, der Rückseite der Waage, einer Kopie meiner Quittung usw. Dann hätte ich keinen Beweis für eine Garantie!!! Der Kundenservice hier ist schrecklich. Nicht nur langsam, sondern auch unhöflich. Die Dame fordert und beschimpft mich dann, dass ich ihre Anweisungen nicht buchstabengetreu befolgt habe. Wer ist hier der Kunde?
Ich habe Salter in Großbritannien kontaktiert, aber sie verweisen mich immer wieder auf diesen Albtraum einer Firma in Quebec. Ich habe sie gebeten, einzugreifen (als Hersteller), aber sie entscheiden sich dafür, ihren guten Namen und ihren Ruf von dieser Firma in den Schmutz ziehen zu lassen.
Wenn ich Salter wäre, würde ich die Vertriebsvereinbarung dieser Firma streichen, da sie die Marke schmälert.
Lange Geschichte, aber es ist jetzt März 2019 und ich versuche seit Oktober 2018 eine defekte Waage zu ersetzen.
Meine Empfehlung ist, Salter-Produkte ganz zu vermeiden, wenn Sie in Kanada sind, denn die Menschen hier werden Ihnen das Leben schwer machen.
Kein Salter mehr. Kein Umgang mehr mit dieser lächerlich unprofessionellen Quebec Company.
Ich werde mich jetzt mit Consumer Services ontario in Verbindung setzen. Vielleicht können sie helfen oder auch nicht. Aber immerhin können sie diese Firma auf ihre Warnliste setzen.
