Ich war nicht beeindruckt von den Dienstleistungen, die ich von dieser Firma erhalten habe. Ich habe Jim Debellis letztes Jahr als neuen Kunden kontaktiert, der kürzlich ein kleines Unternehmen eröffnet hatte, und war daher nicht in meinem Element, was mir bei meinem ersten und EINZIGEN Treffen mit einem neuen Buchhalter sehr klar war. Ich brachte alle meine Unterlagen mit und ließ meine eigene Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung von einem externen Buchhalter erstellen. Nun, ich musste anfangs zweimal nachgehen, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Rückkehr überhaupt gesendet wurde. Ich reiche alle Informationen für meine Rückkehr Anfang Januar ein und erst im März stellte ich fest, dass sie nie eingereicht wurden, weil sie "unter anderen Papieren auf seinem Schreibtisch verloren gegangen" waren. Dann wurde ich für meine vierteljährliche Steuerzahlung nie wieder kontaktiert, was zu verspäteten Gebühren führte. Dies geschah noch einmal, bevor ich mich entschied, woanders hinzuschauen und dass ich in dieser Firma nicht als Priorität behandelt wurde. Ich sagte Jim damals, dass ich von der Verwaltung meines Kontos nicht beeindruckt war, seit ich dort Kunde war, und nicht sicher war, ob die Dienstleistungen ordnungsgemäß oder pünktlich erbracht wurden. Meine letzte Kommunikation mit Jim war im September, danach sagte ich ihm, dass ich seine Dienste nicht mehr brauchen würde und mich bitte um weitere Informationen bitten würde. 19. Dezember Ich erhielt eine Rechnung für Dienstleistungen, die vor einem Jahr für DOUBLE erbracht wurden, was ich meinem neuen Buchhalter für die Einreichung für mich bezahlt hatte, und ich hatte in den ersten 24 Stunden nach dem Treffen mit diesem neuen Buchhalter mehr Kommunikation als in 6 Monaten Arbeit mit Flaherty und Salmin. Sehr enttäuscht von der Professionalität und dem Umgang mit meinen Konten; Ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass alle verspäteten Gebühren, die für meine Rückkehr in diesem Jahr erhoben werden, vollständig von meiner Rechnung abgezogen werden sollten. Eine Applikation per E-Mail wurde nach der ersten verspäteten Einreichung ausgestellt, obwohl nie etwas weiter unternommen wurde, um alle anderen Fehler zu korrigieren, die gemacht wurden. Zuckerglasur auf dem Kuchen? Mein neuer Buchhalter hat verschiedene Probleme mit der Einreichung bei dieser Firma festgestellt und festgestellt, dass es mehrere "Schreibfehler" gibt, die er korrigieren musste, bevor er meine Rücksendung in diesem Jahr verschickte.
