Schlimmste Erfahrung aller Zeiten !!! dies ist mit Abstand die schlechteste kinderarztpraxis in der ganzen stadt el monte. Ich nahm meine Tochter als Notfall auf, mir wurde gesagt, dass Walkins vor 15 Uhr angenommen wurden, also war ich vor 15 Uhr dort. Das Personal war überhaupt nicht freundlich, kümmerte sich nicht darum oder half bei irgendetwas, sie waren mehr auf ihr persönliches Handy als auf die Hilfe der Patienten. Ich habe dort ungefähr 3 Stunden gewartet, um vom Arzt gesehen zu werden. Das Personal hat kein einziges Mal versucht, die lange Wartezeit zu berücksichtigen, sie haben nicht einmal nach uns gecheckt oder uns entschuldigt, dass der Arzt Sie bald sehen wird. Sie gaben mir ein Rezept, das anscheinend nicht für ein 3-jähriges Kind geeignet war (Pillen). Als sie antworteten, sagten sie nur, ich solle die Pillen zerschlagen oder sie meinem Kind in einer Banane geben. Was für ein Kinderarzt ist so unbedeutend, der mir sagt, ich solle die Pillen in das Essen meines Kindes zerschlagen, anstatt das Rezept zu ändern. Dies ist ein sehr unprofessionelles Büro, vom Frontpersonal bis zum Arzt. BLEIB WEG!!!! Ich habe mein Kind nicht mehr zu ihrem Hausarzt gebracht und sie hat das richtige Rezept bekommen und es geht ihr jetzt besser.
