Keine Probleme mit diesem Ort, nur um sich über ihre erbärmliche App zu beschweren, die aufgrund ihrer eigenen Inkompetenz keine Schecks akzeptiert. Im Ernst, Sie würden in Kunden wachsen, wenn Ihre App kein Müll wäre. Bitte überwachen Sie auch die Hampton-Niederlassung besser, da sie dringend gerügt werden muss und der Geldautomat immer wegen Wartungsarbeiten außer Betrieb ist.

Nicht, ich wiederhole, benutze diese Bank nicht. Ich bin seit über 10 Jahren bei dieser Bank und sie kümmern sich absolut nicht um jemanden. Bei ihnen dreht sich alles ums Geld. Mein Konto wurde für 29 US-Dollar gehackt (ich habe es früh erkannt). Ich habe die Karte storniert. Am nächsten Tag ging ich zur Bank und sie teilten mir mit, dass ich 30 Dollar für Streitigkeiten und 25 Dollar für eine neue Karte zahlen müsste. Ich war wütend. Dann wurde meine Karte am Geldautomaten der Hauptfiliale genommen und ich musste noch eine weitere Karte bezahlen. Sie haben die Karte durcheinander gebracht und der Mann an der Auffahrt fing an darüber zu lachen. Ich ging heute, um mein Geld zurückzubekommen, und sie sagten nein. Die verantwortliche Dame Anita schickte jemanden, der mir sagte, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Toller Kundenservice. Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass ich jetzt für immer ein Patron der United Bank in Griffin bin. Sie kümmern sich um die Menschen!
