Schrecklicher Service. Wir haben uns entschieden, meine Tochter bei Figures Table View anzumelden. Nach einigen Monaten entschied sie sich aufgrund vieler ausgefallener Unterrichtsstunden und des Zeitaufwandes, da sie zu dieser Zeit immatrikuliert war (September bis November), nicht mehr mitzumachen und beantragte eine Auflösung des Vertrages. Wir hatten nie eine Kopie des von uns unterzeichneten Vertrages erhalten. Wir hatten vergeblich angerufen, Nachrichten und E-Mails gesendet. Wir mussten den Vertrag kündigen, damit sie den Abbuchungsauftrag stoppen konnten, den sie fortsetzten und so Geld von meinem Konto abbuchten, obwohl meine Tochter nicht mehr am Unterricht teilnahm. Zunächst wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen besteht und sie versprachen, den Vertrag nach unserer ersten Zahlung zu senden, die jedoch nie eingegangen ist. Auf unsere Reklamationen hat niemand reagiert, bis wir den Vertrag erst Monate nach der Abmeldung von Figures erhalten haben. Definitiv ein Geldverdiener. Sie ziehen trotz Aufforderung zur Stornierung immer noch Geld von uns ab. Meine Tochter hatte in letzter Minute beschlossen, sich von der bevorstehenden Veranstaltung zurückzuziehen, bevor sie den Unterricht verließ. Nur um nach dem Betrachten der geposteten Bilder herauszufinden, dass alle Mädchen in ihrer Klasse (die alle schwarz und farbig waren und sie das einzige indische Mädchen war) keine Bilder von ihnen auf den sozialen Netzwerken des Unternehmens hatten und auch keine Belohnungen gewonnen hatten. Dezenter Rassismus war definitiv gezeigt worden, da ihre Klasse nur farbige Mädchen hatte und die letzte Klasse des Tages war. Es ist sehr traurig zu sehen, dass dies geschieht, wenn dies ein Ort für die jungen Mädchen sein soll, nicht ein Ort, um sie auszurauben.
