My recent holiday with Fernard ltd was decent but not exceptional. The website, sickholiday.com, was easy to use and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was slower than expected and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. The accommodations provided were average and did not meet my expectations. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
