Truly awful
Truly the worst customer experience you can imagine. Their payment and levies systems are glitchy, which they admit. When you ask for help or clarification on disrepancies, you don't get it. Then you accrue overdue fees while waiting for a response, which they do not assist you to remove. Just a terrible organisation seemingly driven by a terrible culture and a disdain for lot owners. Particularly awful service from Briana Ciampoli and Alexander Baragan.
