Schreckliche Qualität und Kundenservice. Kaufte drei LKWs, ganz neu, L60, Modell 1800 Kran und M43.
Der 1800 wurde mit auslaufendem Hydrauliköl geliefert, der Verkäufer sagte "Das ist normal". Die Funkfernbedienungen haben nie richtig funktioniert, nach einem Jahr wurde uns gesagt, dass das System aufgrund von Problemen nicht mehr verwendet wird und eine neue 10.000 $ kostet, keine Garantie. Viele, viele andere Probleme.
Spur innen M43 wurde verkehrt herum eingebaut, Schläuche geplatzt. Der Motor der Auslegerwinde funktioniert nicht und Elliott wird nicht reparieren. LKW ist MONATE beim Händler angebunden, weil Elliott den Händler nicht für Servicearbeiten bezahlen wollte. Ihr "benutzerdefiniertes Aluminiumbett" bedeckte Schmiernippel. Nach anderthalb Jahren waren Zylinder festgefressen. Auch zahlreiche Ausgaben.
Elliott antwortet weder auf E-Mails noch auf Anrufe. Sie wurden zu schnell zu groß und machten viele Fehler auf dem Weg. Das Händlernetz in diesem Bereich ist nicht erfahren genug. Der Händler sagte uns sogar (nachdem wir das Gerät natürlich gekauft hatten), dass er keine Erfahrung oder Ausbildung mit diesem Modell hat. Sprechen Sie mit Leuten, die an Geräten arbeiten, Elliott ist ein Witz.
