Kurz gesagt, mein neuer Account Manager hat gekündigt, niemand hat es mir gesagt, sie haben meine gemeinsame Einkommensteuererklärung nicht rechtzeitig eingereicht und versucht, mir die Schuld zu geben, weil ich sie nicht kontaktiert habe, um dies zu tun. Was?! Ich besitze 2 Salons und sie waren für meine gesamte Buchhaltung verantwortlich. Es war ihre Aufgabe, sicherzustellen, dass dies pünktlich erledigt wurde. Ich gab ihnen alle Informationen und sie konnten es immer noch nicht erledigen. Ich habe sie anschließend gefeuert, mein gesamtes Material angefordert, und sie haben sich geweigert, mir alles zu geben, was besagt, dass ich ihnen Geld schulde. Von Anfang an haben mich Kim und Roger Fuller (mein Steuerberater) wohl gefühlt und sich um alle meine Bedürfnisse gekümmert, selbst als ich in letzter Minute gestresst zum ersten Mal hereinkam, um meine Steuern zu erledigen. Ich brachte alle meine Unterlagen ein, als ein großes, riesiges, durcheinandergebrachtes, unorganisiertes Durcheinander, und auf Anhieb ließ Roger mich ruhig und entwirrt alles und meldete mich sofort bei allen meinen Fragen. Zu meiner Überraschung wurden meine Steuern pünktlich und erwartungsgemäß eingereicht Rückerstattung auch wenn ich sozusagen in der elften Stunde verblüfft und gestresst reinkam !!! Sie nahmen meine Hand und führten mich durch jeden Schritt des Weges.
Ich bin sowohl Kim als auch Roger Fullers freundlichem Benehmen so dankbar, dass sie Stimmen der Vernunft, des Fachwissens und der hilfreichen Anleitung für einen Bereich beruhigen, über den ich keine Ahnung habe. Ich bin so froh, dass ich für so wichtige Angelegenheiten an EMF Tax verwiesen wurde. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass jetzt jemand auf mich aufpasst, und das ist ein beruhigendes Gefühl.
