Ich bin Techniker und benutze Edilclima seit über 7 Jahren und möchte auf die absolute Ungerechtigkeit des Unternehmens mir gegenüber hinweisen. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass ich in der letzten Woche 3 zusätzliche EC700-Module zum Listenpreis für edilclima-Benutzer gekauft habe und ein zusätzliches Modul zum Preis von 270 zzgl. MwSt. kaufen musste, rief ich die kommerzielle Unterstützung an und fragte, ob es einen Rabatt für laufende Beziehungen gibt, die seit Jahren bestehen, a Rabatt, der mir sofort von über 10% genehmigt wurde, an dieser Stelle fragte ich nach Informationen, warum dieser Rabatt nicht auf meine Einkäufe vom Vortag angewendet wurde, und wurde fast abschätzig geantwortet "hätte zuerst anrufen sollen".
Es tut mir leid, aber ich halte diesen totalen Mangel an Professionalität und diese beleidigende Haltung gegenüber einem Kunden, der Ihre Produkte seit Jahren verwendet, für absolut unerträglich und inakzeptabel, und vor allem für ein absolut falsches Mittel, um den Kunden am Zugang zu einer Art von Rabatten zu hindern, die gerade abgeschottet sind die Tatsache, dass Sie nicht jedes Mal ausdrücklich eine Herabsetzung des Kaufpreises Ihres Produkts verlangen.
Ich hoffe, dass sich diese Politik der absoluten Intransparenz und Ungerechtigkeit eines Tages ändern kann, indem vermieden wird, dass unterschiedliche Behandlungen aufgrund der Art des Fachmanns anerkannt werden, mit dem Sie es zu tun haben.
