I recently bought a heating product from The Ecco Group, and I must say, it was an average experience. I had a few queries regarding the product, but it took some time for them to respond to my emails. Once I finally got in touch with them, their representatives were helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery of the product was prompt, and it arrived in good condition. As for the quality of the heating product, it was satisfactory. It did the job, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, my experience with The Ecco Group was average. I would consider purchasing from them again, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service and product quality in the future.
