Die Inhaberin dieses Geschäfts, Cristina Cornforth, ist eine absolute Schande, dass sie beschimpft, bedroht, schreit und Mieter anschreit. Repariert die Immobilie nicht bei Bedarf, keine Gasüberprüfungen bei Bedarf, unfähig, wichtige Unterlagen zu unterschreiben und auszufüllen, glaubt, dass sie Mieter nach Belieben tun und behandeln kann, ohne sie zu respektieren, ignoriert E-Mails / Telefonanrufe.
Was für eine absolute Schande, dass sie und ihr Geschäft nicht handeln dürfen.
Bleib weg, du wurdest gewarnt !!!

Ich bin ein Vermieter und werde mit dieser krummen Frau Cristina niemals Geschäfte machen. Sie drohte, den Mietvertrag mit ihr zu unterschreiben, und bedrohte mich auch bei zahlreichen anderen Gelegenheiten. Darüber hinaus waren die Mietzahlungen nicht immer pünktlich (wie sie versprochen hatte), sie versprach, dass ich mein Eigentum wieder in den gleichen Zustand bringen und mir die Bilder unten ansehen und mir sagen werde, ob es die übliche Abnutzung ist, die sie behauptete und ging leer auf mich. Vermieter, Mieter oder sonst jemand, bitte retten Sie sich vor diesem Albtraum und meiden Sie diese Frau. Sie ist total durcheinander. Fallen Sie nicht in ihre falschen Versprechen.

Ich wünschte, ich könnte dieser Firma einen 0-Stern geben, die Besitzerin Cristina ist extrem geldhungrig und wirkt sehr zwielichtig. Als Vermieter habe ich ihr 3 meiner Immobilien zurückgenommen. VERWENDEN SIE SIE NICHT FÜR ALLES. Gesamtbetrug.
