SCHLECHTE KOMMUNIKATION: Ich habe mich dort für eine Marketing Manager-Rolle beworben. Sprang durch ihre Reifen (Bewerbungsschreiben, Cover und Follow-up-Briefe, Interviews, Tests und so weiter und so fort). Endlich gehört Monate und Monate später, nachdem ich einen anderen / besseren Job gefunden hatte. Zumindest den Anstand haben, mit jemandem zurück zu kommen ... und nicht sechs Monate später. Wenn Sie innerhalb weniger Wochen keinen Kandidaten einstellen wollten, schalten Sie die Anzeige nicht. In sechs Monaten suchen die Leute keine Arbeit mehr. Zumindest die Guten nicht.
