Aufgrund ihrer eigenen Ineffizienzen konnte diese Praxis mir entweder nicht den korrekten Betrag in Rechnung stellen, die gezahlten Beträge nicht berücksichtigen oder jemand an der Rezeption hat einige Mittel missbraucht - ich habe bar bezahlt. Da ich wusste, dass ich in einem anderen Land lebe, überprüfte ich noch einmal, ob ich für alles bezahlt hatte, bevor ich ging. Sie sagten ja, aber oh nein, es stellte sich heraus, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Als sie mir eine E-Mail schickten, um mehr Geld zu verlangen, bat ich um eine Aufschlüsselung der Rechnung, aber sie beantworteten meine E-Mail nicht. Als ich noch einmal fragte, versäumten sie es immer noch, es zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ihre Einnahmen sind in Pauschalbeträgen. Für einen Betrag von ungefähr 240 ZAR haben sie die Schuldeneintreiber auf mich gesetzt. Verwenden Sie sie nicht. Sie werden nie wissen, wofür Sie bezahlt haben und keine vernünftigen Antworten erhalten.

Mein Konto wurde am 2. Oktober 2020 und am 28. Oktober 2020 doppelt ausgezahlt und ich kämpfe immer noch um meine Rückerstattung.
